Overall Purpose:

The Sr. Talent Management Officer is responsible for supporting and implementing programs that improve employee engagement, performance, and development, ultimately driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute talent management programs like performance management, career development, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to design, communicate, and implement these programs.
  • Analyze data and track the effectiveness of talent initiatives.
  • Act as a focal point for specific activities like employee engagement surveys and employer branding.
  • Help design and maintain the organization's structure to optimize staff utilization.
  • Assist with manpower planning and facilitate internal mobility opportunities.
  • Manage projects related to talent management, change management, and organizational development.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to increase internal mobility.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (HR certifications preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management.
  • Knowledge of strategic HR practices and change management principles.
