:Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field (or ·

.equivalent experience)

.Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws ·

.Proven experience in HR field ·

.Strong communication and interpersonal skills ·

.Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities ·

.Proficiency in Microsoft office suits ·

:Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ·

.provide support throughout the recruitment process

Oversee new employee onboarding and serve as a point of contact for ·

.employee inquiries

Contribute to the development of HR policies, ensuring strict compliance ·

.with relevant regulations

Coordinate employee training programs and identify opportunities for ·

.efficiency improvements

Maintain and manage HR data, ensuring the highest level of ·

.confidentiality

Salary: 1,000,000 - 1,500,000 IQD
