Responsibilities:
- Contract Management:
- Maintain contract log and ensure adherence to procedures.
- Analyze technical conditions and prepare studies/presentations.
- Monitor and escalate coordination issues.
- Maintain accurate contractual records and handle administrative tasks.
- Prepare contract supplements and manage proposal files.
- Issue notices and certificates.
- Document and file contracts.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare monthly progress reports.
- Document incidents and prepare progress reports.
- Track invoices and support billing processes.
- Administrative Support:
- Type daily reports.
- Calculate bonuses.
- Assist with job distribution.
- Additional Duties:
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Contract Manager.
