Summary:

This role ensures smooth contract execution through meticulous record-keeping, technical analysis, progress reporting, and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management:
    • Maintain contract log and ensure adherence to procedures.
    • Analyze technical conditions and prepare studies/presentations.
    • Monitor and escalate coordination issues.
    • Maintain accurate contractual records and handle administrative tasks.
    • Prepare contract supplements and manage proposal files.
    • Issue notices and certificates.
    • Document and file contracts.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Prepare monthly progress reports.
    • Document incidents and prepare progress reports.
    • Track invoices and support billing processes.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Type daily reports.
    • Calculate bonuses.
    • Assist with job distribution.
  • Additional Duties:
    • Perform other tasks assigned by the Contract Manager.
