Warehouse Stock Control Job Summary ( Najaf )

This role oversees all aspects of inventory management in a warehouse. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring proper stock levels, and managing orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory data using warehouse software.
• Manage stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Ensure products are displayed according to company standards.
• Perform stock management tasks following established procedures.
• Use specialized software to track inventory performance.
• Identify and solve supply chain risks to minimize losses.
• Oversee order placement and ensure timely deliveries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration (preferred) or relevant field
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Strong customer service, communication, and math skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Proficiency in inventory control software and warehouse management systems
• Basic financial skills
• Ability to multitask, enter accurate data efficiently, and work with large ERP systems.
• Knowledge of logistics, distribution, and inventory control principles
• Arabic fluency (written and spoken)
• Microsoft Office proficiency
