Job Title: Project Coordinator (Admin Coordinators)

Summary:

This role supports project managers in the Rollout & Deployment department by assisting with various tasks to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers with various tasks including budget monitoring, reporting, and team coordination.
  • Track project progress and identify/mitigate risks.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (PMP preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years experience in telecom/ISP or network operations project management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
