Job Summary

Social Security and Tax Specialist is responsible for stay up to date with Social Security regulations, manage the company's Social Security programs, oversee the administration of benefits, develop and implement policies and procedures, and provide training and support to employees.

Job Duties

o Stay up to date with all Social Security regulations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

o Follow up the company's Social Security programs, including retirement, disability, and survivor benefits.

o Oversee the administration of Social Security benefits for employees, including enrollment, termination, and changes.

o Work with HR and finance departments to ensure timely and accurate reporting of employee Social Security taxes and other related deductions.

o Respond to inquiries from employees and government agencies related to Social Security issues.

o maintains and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Social Security regulations.

o Provide training and support to employees regarding Social Security regulations and procedures.
