Position: - (FTTH Section Head)

Location Baghdad

Job Summary: This position is responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of rollout and deployment FOC projects ensuring consistency with company strategy and goals and achieving required SLAs. In Addition, this role manages direct installations with the customers for FOC utilizing technical resources and expertise to meet company objectives.

1- BSc. in Civil, Computer, Mechanical, Electrical, Telecom Engineering or related.

2- Health and Safety Certification is preferred.

3- Technical Certification in the field is preferred.

4- A minimum 5 Years experience in telecommunication/ISP or network operations industry with 3 years technical management experience including managing large organizational projects related to Fiber or related technology.

Job Duties:

1- Coordinate the tasks of the fiber technical deployment teams ensuring proper distribution of staff to handle direct and project implementation related to Fiber.

2- Check continuously with Storage about the required Material and equipment for FOC Project installation.

3- Updating and documenting the FOC Route on google Earth Map.

4- Responsible for coordination with companies clients about FOC Laying and determine required material and costs as well as implementation dates.

5- Support and update the rollout director on field progress, and assist in coordinating the site close-out package processes, to include before-and-after digital photos.

6- Follow- up the site survey with the team to installation the fiber optic cable for new sites.

7- Arrange sending the teams for the locations to activate the new sites.

8- Provide Approvals for the work sheets from the technical teams.

9- Provide Approvals of the requests for the material to activate the new sites following with Departments to receive the material.

10- Check the daily reports related to the completed works.

11- Make sure that team is working per company work standards.

12- Provide adequate and timely feedback on team leaders job performance and administers discipline as required.

13- Be available in the field between the sites as necessary to determine required material, manpower, and timeframes to adequately estimate and quote the project in order to meet predetermined budgetary requirements and optimize level of profitability.

14- Following up with finance department to calculating the fees of client's FOC implementation.

15- Submit advances requests to complete required tasks and settled it after completing the work.
