Budget Control and Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Prepares budgets for various projects and departments.
- Monitors spending and ensures adherence to established budgets.
- Analyzes financial data and generates reports with recommendations.
- Creates periodic reports for management on the financial health of the organization.
- Collaborates with Finance Manager and Director on consolidating regional budget templates and providing analyses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in analyzing and reporting complex financial data.

- Expertise in managerial and financial accounting.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Problem-solving and system thinking skills.
- Risk management skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.

Knowledge:
- Accounting and budgeting principles and practices.
- Statistical methodology.
- Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS).

- Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis.
- Statistical analysis skills for budget activities.
- Report writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
