Site management Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Site Management Engineer to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys, collect data, and create accurate drawings to identify the best locations for tower implementation.
• Manage all aspects of site acquisition, including communication with landowners, negotiation, and contract finalization.
• Manage existing site contracts, ensuring timely renewals and conflict resolution.
• Oversee site maintenance needs and handle communication with relevant departments.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of all site information.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with landowners and community figures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in site management within the civil engineering or zoning field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of land use regulations and relevant legal aspects.
• Experience with drawing tools and site management software (a plus).
