Software Requirements Analyst

In this role, you'll be the voice of the business, gathering requirements from stakeholders, analyzing them thoroughly, and ensuring they translate into effective software solutions. You'll work closely with everyone from business users to developers, ensuring everyone is on the same page.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document software requirements through meetings, workshops, and interviews.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Use user stories, use cases, and other techniques to capture requirements clearly.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize, refine, and validate requirements.
• Create detailed requirements documents (functional & non-functional) and manage them throughout the project.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, fostering clear communication.
• Participate in project meetings, keeping everyone informed and addressing concerns.
• Assist in test plan development and ensure requirements are met through testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Business Administration, or a related field (3+ years of experience preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in business analysis or requirements engineering.
• Proficiency in requirements modeling tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
