Site Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and electrical engineering, with a proven ability to manage and execute site operations effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate with project teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and laborers, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential challenges or delays, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on project status, including progress updates, cost analysis, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards on the construction site.
• Manage and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of six months to one and a half years of experience in construction site engineering.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., AutoCAD, project management tools).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
