Job Summary:

The Operations Admin Officer plays a crucial role in providing administrative support for maintenance activities, resource allocation, employee attendance, reporting, site administration, and document management in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Job Duties:

  • Provide back office support and coordination for department supervisors/managers.
  • Manage order logs ensuring compliance with procedures.
  • Monitor team attendance daily and report to HR for any changes.
  • Record daily work performance of teams.
  • Prepare studies and presentations as requested by section supervisors/managers.
  • Monitor and escalate coordination issues affecting task completion.
  • Handle general administrative activities to support business operations.
  • Maintain proposal files, logs, photos, and process reports.
  • Type daily reports on completed work.
  • Calculate bonuses and handle absence reporting to HR after manager approval.
  • Assist section heads in job distribution.
  • Document customer and network incidents/conditions in tracking systems.

OMC (Operations and Maintenance Center):

  • Record engineers' vacations in online sheets.
  • Respond to emails related to NMC (Network Management Center) reports.
  • Compile daily work tasks into reports for section managers.
  • Handle escalations for wireless and fiber problems exceeding resolution time.
  • Review and process documents from online sheets.

Field Maintenance:

  • Monitor daily attendance of technicians and drivers.
  • Assist in scheduling technician teams and maintenance requests.
  • Maintain vehicle and driver logs.
  • Track invoices and ensure subcontractors are paid according to terms.
  • Document and file site acceptance and related documentation.
  • Document and file approvals and access permissions for employees entering exchanges.
  • Coordinate with customers for maintenance of fiber optic cables.
  • Prepare and submit worksheets to finance.
  • Manage incoming calls to the department.

Education:

  • BA degree in MIS, Business Administration, or related field.

Years of Experience:

  • Minimum 0-1 years experience in an admin or project coordination role in ISP or Telecom industry.
