الخبرات المطلوبة:

‏Ability to work a flexible schedule

‏Good PC skills, and MS office

‏Good oral and written communication skills, and ability to address conflict with others constructively

‏CCNP R&S Certificate

‏Network connectivity testing and diagnostics.

‏Monitoring and follow up the problems with NOC team

‏Service activation and termination

‏Receiving tickets from call center and handling the customers request to provide them full technical support and solve their problems.

‏Escalate the unsolved tickets to the Higher Level Employees

‏network hardware/software installation, performance tuning and network component integration.

‏Performs various network health checks and verifies connectivity.

‏Diagnose, prioritize and troubleshoot problems to ensure network service levels are met.

‏Performs other duties as assigned.
