Role: Digital Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including search engines, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and copywriting.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyze customer behavior, and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Plan and implement strategies to drive website traffic, increase brand awareness, and enhance online visibility.
- Optimize website content and user experience to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant organic traffic.
- Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and performance tracking.
- Create and manage social media marketing campaigns, including content creation, posting, engagement, and monitoring.
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including creating engaging email content, managing subscriber lists, and tracking campaign performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools and platforms.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement based on data insights, user feedback, and industry best practices.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques, and propose innovative strategies to achieve marketing goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, sales, and management, to ensure alignment and achieve marketing objectives.
- Stay informed about legal and ethical guidelines related to digital marketing, including data privacy, email marketing regulations, and advertising standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a digital marketer or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, platforms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, email marketing software, and content management systems.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and editing abilities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop effective marketing strategies and overcome challenges.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) principles and techniques.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts is a plus.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is desirable.
