Role: Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including search engines, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and copywriting.
  2. Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyze customer behavior, and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  3. Plan and implement strategies to drive website traffic, increase brand awareness, and enhance online visibility.
  4. Optimize website content and user experience to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant organic traffic.
  5. Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and performance tracking.
  6. Create and manage social media marketing campaigns, including content creation, posting, engagement, and monitoring.
  7. Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including creating engaging email content, managing subscriber lists, and tracking campaign performance.
  8. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools and platforms.
  9. Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement based on data insights, user feedback, and industry best practices.
  10. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques, and propose innovative strategies to achieve marketing goals.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, sales, and management, to ensure alignment and achieve marketing objectives.
  12. Stay informed about legal and ethical guidelines related to digital marketing, including data privacy, email marketing regulations, and advertising standards.
  13. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners involved in digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  2. Proven work experience as a digital marketer or in a similar role.
  3. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, platforms, and best practices.
  4. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, email marketing software, and content management systems.
  5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and editing abilities.
  7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop effective marketing strategies and overcome challenges.
  8. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  9. Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) principles and techniques.
  10. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts is a plus.
  11. Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is desirable.
