:Job Description
As a Territory Account Manager at Hala FTTH, you will be responsible for
developing and maintaining relationships with key clients within your
assigned territory. Your primary goal will be to drive sales, meet revenue
.targets, and contribute to the overall growth of the company
:Responsibilities
.Meet and exceed sales targets, regularly reviewing performance ·
Develop and implement the strategic plan to achieve sales targets ·
.within the geographic area
Act as the primary point of contact with Resellers, addressing their ·
.needs and providing solutions
Create a Sales Action Plan to ensuring a rapid customers acquisition ·
.according to the specified period
Cultivate strong relationships with existing Resellers, providing ·
.support and guidance to drive sales and maintain a strong partnership
Meet with potential resellers and completing all contracting terms ·
.with onboarding process
Conduct training sessions collaborating with other departments ·
.especially for the new resellers
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their ·
.needs and providing solutions
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback ·
.to identify areas for improvement and growth
Generate a daily reports on activation performance, market analysis ·
(Number of towers Number of ISP Users profiles price for both towers
.owners and end users )

:Qualifications
.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field ·
Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in ·
.the telecommunications or FTTH industry
.Strong communication and negotiation skills ·
.Ability to work independently and as part of a team ·
.Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets ·
