Process Automation Engineer Job Summary

This role is for a recent STEM graduate (3 years general experience, 1 year related) to join the Quality and Process Optimization team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user-facing scripts to improve ERP system functionality.
• Automate report generation based on user needs.
• Design email and print templates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve daily ERP system issues.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve automation processes.
• Help develop and run tests to ensure automation accuracy.
• Analyze system performance and suggest improvements.
• Document scripts, processes, and support activities.
• Stay updated on ERP developments and new technologies.
