Summary:

This role provides technical support to field teams, ensuring they understand maintenance procedures and specifications. They also assist in resolving complex technical issues and perform various maintenance tasks like:

• Reviewing site acceptance documents and advising on potential issues.
• Providing guidance on planned maintenance schedules and hardware adjustments.
• Supporting field supervisors with industry standards and best practices.
• Performing preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshooting network failures and outages.
• Splicing fiber optic cables.
• Maintaining test equipment and inventories.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical knowledge of networks and fiber optics.
