:Responsibilities

.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues swiftly

.Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software

.Provide remote/on-site support

.Monitor system performance and document activities

:Qualifications

.Experience meeting SLAs

.Strong troubleshooting skills

.Network knowledge

.Excellent communication �

.IT certifications (a plus)
