About the job FTTH Technical Support Team Leader

We are looking for experienced candidates for the position of FTTH technical support team leader. To join our growing team in Baghdad \ Iraq, preferably from the rusafa districts.

Requirements.

1. Experience in technical support: The team leader must have extensive experience in the field

of technical support and an understanding of its operations and requirements. They must be

familiar with the operating systems, networks, and technologies used in the Internet and Telecom company.

2. Leadership abilities: The team leader must have strong leadership skills. Must be able to direct, motivate and develop team members. Must be able to effectively organize and distribute

tasks and manage team performance.

3. Communication Skills: A team leader must have strong communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with team members, management and clients. Must be able to clearly articulate ideas and requirements and understand customers' needs and requirements.

4. Analytical capabilities: The team leader must have strong analytical capabilities. Must be able to analyze data and information related to team performance and service quality. Must be able to identify paterns of problems and possible improvements and take necessary action.

5. Knowledge of Quality Management Systems: Team Leader preferably has knowledge of Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001. Must be able to apply concepts of Quality

Management, Service Quality Assurance and Process Improvement.

6. Guidance and Coaching: The team leader must have the ability to direct and coach the team members. Must be able to provide the necessary technical guidance and assistance, identify

training needs and implement appropriate development programs.
