Network Maintenance Team Leader
About the job Network Maintenance Team Leader
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Coordination: Oversee the daily activities of the Radio & Fiber Maintenance team, ensuring efficient ticket resolution and adherence to SLAs.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze team performance, manage shifts, and ensure proper material availability for repairs and site activations.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure that maintenance tasks are completed within quality standards and SLAs, manage network performance, and provide technical guidance when needed.
- Staff Management: Handle staffing decisions, monitor attendance, enforce safety standards, and resolve personnel issues.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular performance and operational reports, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain accurate data records.
Qualifications:
- Education: BA in Engineering or a related field, plus technical certifications in Electrical, Computer, or Telecom Engineering and Health & Safety.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in telecommunications or ISP network operations, with 3 years in technical management.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of ISP operations, preventive maintenance, safety standards, report writing, and scheduling. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and technical skills are essential.
