Job Title: (QHSE) Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and systems to maintain and improve product or service quality.
• Conduct inspections, tests, and audits to identify quality issues, defects, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality standards and procedures.
• Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for employees.
• Identify and assess workplace hazards and risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Monitor and manage environmental aspects and impact of the organization's operations.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards, such as waste management and emissions control.
• Implement environmental sustainability initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Create and maintain documentation related to quality, safety, and environmental compliance, including procedures, work instructions, and safety manuals.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees regarding quality, safety, and environmental policies and practices.
• Conduct safety training, including emergency response procedures and hazard identification.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
• Report safety incidents to relevant authorities as required by regulations.
• Stay up to date with local, national, and international regulations related to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Ensure the organization's compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Identify and assess risks associated with quality, safety, and environmental aspects, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives in quality, safety, and environmental performance.
• Use data analysis and metrics to track progress and drive improvements.
• Evaluate and audit suppliers and vendors to ensure that they meet quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures to address safety and environmental incidents.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as manufacturing, engineering, and HR, to implement quality, safety, and environmental initiatives.
• Prepare and present reports to management on quality, safety, and environmental performance, including incident reports, KPIs, and compliance status.
