:Job Summary

The Recruitment Officer is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment

process, this role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting

qualified candidates to fill various job openings. The Recruitment Officer

will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand

their staffing needs and ensure the timely and efficient acquisition of top

:Job Duties

:Sourcing and Talent Pool Development -1

Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media,

professional networks, and employee referrals, to attract potential

.candidates

Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job

.openings

Collaborate with the Recruitment Supervisor to develop and implement

.creative sourcing strategies

:Candidate Screening and Selection -2

Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and

.match them with job requirements

Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' skills, experience,

.and cultural fit

Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a

.smooth and efficient interview process

.Administer pre-employment assessments or tests when necessary

:Interview and Evaluation -3

Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' competencies,

.experience, and motivations

Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on

.interview evaluations

Assist hiring managers in making informed decisions regarding candidate

.selection

:Offer Management and Onboarding -4

Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation

.packages when required

Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for

.new hires

Conduct orientation sessions or assist in coordinating them for new

.employees

:Compliance and Documentation -5

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal requirements and

.company policies

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information,

.interview notes, and hiring decisions

.Prepare regular recruitment reports and metrics for management review

:Candidate Experience -6

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the

.recruitment process

Communicate with candidates promptly and provide timely feedback on

.their status

:Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a

.related field

year experience in recruitment roles 1

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing

.strategies and interview techniques

.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
