Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Summary:

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of positions. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and match them with the best possible candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Iraqi job market and be able to build relationships with both clients and candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates for open positions
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
  • Build relationships with clients and candidates
  • Negotiate salary and benefits packages
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
  • Manage and oversee the ATS system
  • Create and arrange Data base of CVs categorized
  • Stay up to date to the recruitment trends

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment
  • Strong understanding of the Iraqi job market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet the deadlines.
