Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Reports to: Recruitment Manager
Summary:
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of positions. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and match them with the best possible candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Iraqi job market and be able to build relationships with both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for open positions
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Build relationships with clients and candidates
- Negotiate salary and benefits packages
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
- Manage and oversee the ATS system
- Create and arrange Data base of CVs categorized
- Stay up to date to the recruitment trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment
- Strong understanding of the Iraqi job market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet the deadlines.
