Job Summary

We are looking for a PMO Planner to join our team and help us ensure the success of our projects. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing project data, ensuring compliance with PMO standards, and providing analysis and support to project teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain comprehensive project data across platforms like MS Project, Primavera P6.
• Ensure project teams adhere to PMO guidelines, document KPIs, and support change control processes.
• Oversee data collection, entry, analysis, and reporting for PMO insights and decision-making.
• Assist with major event reports, health checks, document management, and communication.
• Provide data-driven analysis for monitoring SLAs and supporting PMO processes.
• Participate in improving PMO practices and maintaining lesson learned repositories.
• Train, monitor, and guide project teams to achieve optimal performance and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in telecom/ISP or network operations, managing project teams in deployment operations.
• BSc. in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Telecom, Computer) + PMP Certification (Mandatory).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with excellent communication and documentation abilities.
