About the job Warehouse Stock Controller (Karbala)
Responsibilities:
- Manage stock control system, ensuring accurate data entry for received goods.
- Confirm return receipts, supply requested items, and maintain hot item replenishment.
- Organize and clean shelves, update sub-locations in ERP, and monitor stock balances.
- Report discrepancies between actual and ERP stock levels to the warehouse head.
- Confirm daily inbound/outbound movements via ticket system.
- Report slow/dead/defective/surplus items for proper disposal.
- Assist with loading/unloading goods and track material requests.
- Maintain a neat appearance and wear company uniform.
- Generate required reports and follow-up on task completion.
Qualifications:
- BA in Business Administration or related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in administrative office work.
Skills and Competencies:
- Essential: Passion, initiative, accuracy, attention to detail, organization, time management, analytical thinking, follow-up skills.
- Technical: Warehouse knowledge (clearing, warehousing, inventory, procurement), problem-solving, system thinking.
- Knowledge: Arabic (written/spoken), Microsoft Office, basic logistics and distribution planning, inventory control, data entry accuracy, large ERP systems.
Ideal candidate: Reliable, detail-oriented individual with strong communication, problem-solving, and data entry skills, proficient in ERP systems and logistics processes.
