Job Brief:

As an Advertisement Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective advertising strategies to promote the company's services, and brand. You will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining customers while maximizing the company's market presence and revenue.

Responsibilities:
1- Create comprehensive advertising plans and strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience. 

2- identifying key advertising channels, such as digital platforms, print media, radio, and television. 

3- Plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns across various channels. 

4- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure timely delivery of materials and seamless campaign execution. 

5- Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and engaging advertising content. 

6- This includes creating impactful ad copy, slogans, taglines, and visuals that effectively communicate the company's offerings and value proposition. 

7- Utilize digital marketing techniques, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media advertising, email marketing, and display advertising, to reach and engage target customers online. 

8- Develop and manage advertising budgets effectively. 9- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, identify trends, and assess competitors' advertising strategies. 

10- Monitor advertising campaign performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools. 

11- Ensure implementation of best practice guidelines and follow company processes. 

12- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns. 

13- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.



Requirements & Qualifications:

  • - Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, public administration, advertisement, or any related field.
  • - Minimum 4 Years in corporate communication field.
  • - Proficient in planning, executing, and monitoring advertising campaigns across various channels.
  • - Strong writing skills .
  • - Ability to think creatively and develop innovative advertising concepts.
  • - Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in advertising materials.
  • - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • - Excellent Command of Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
  • - Solid experience with social media and its ads manager including Google ads, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  • - Knowledge of consumer psychology, buying behavior, and decision-making processes.
  • - Proficiency in conducting market research.
