Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and profitability within the assigned region.

  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders to enhance brand presence and customer loyalty.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of the regional team.
  • Monitor compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on regional performance to senior management.
  • Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and educational programs for healthcare providers.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and management within a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.
  • Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, industry practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial plans effectively.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
