Senior Manager (Regulatory Sandbox) - PVARA

[b]Requirements:[/b] [ml][ul][li indent=0 align=left]At least [b]6–8[/b] years of experience in financial regulation, licensing, authorization, compliance, regulatory sandbox or risk management, with:[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Experience in evaluating applications for regulatory approval, sandbox admission, licensing, or pilot programs, including assessment of business models, risk profiles, consumer safeguards, and regulatory readiness.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Practical exposure to monitoring and supervising sandbox testing phases, including oversight of risk-mitigation measures, consumer-protection safeguards, and compliance requirements.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Familiarity with emerging financial technologies, including fintech, digital assets, payment systems, and associated regulatory and compliance risks.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Experience supporting the transition of sandbox or pilot participants into full licensing or authorization regimes, including assessment of compliance readiness and post-sandbox obligations.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Ability to coordinate with policy, supervision, legal, and technology stakeholders to ensure effective sandbox outcomes and regulatory decision-making.[/li][/ul][/ml] [b]Education and Qualifications:[/b] [ml][ul][li indent=0 align=left]Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Blockchain, or closely related discipline from a recognized institution.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Professional certifications in Licensing, Regulations, Finance, Economics or any other relevant fiscal discipline shall be considered added advantage.[/li][/ul][/ml] [b]Note: [/b]This application form is integrated with PVARA’s official recruitment portal (recruitment.pvara.team).
