Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Principal Software Engineer to lead the design and development of enterprise-grade, scalable applications using .NET Core and Angular. This role requires a highly self-driven professional capable of operating in complex environments, driving architectural decisions, and ensuring alignment with organizational standards and long-term technology strategy. The candidate will play a key role in modernizing systems and incorporating AI-driven development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and deliver large-scale, high-availability enterprise applications
• Establish and enforce engineering standards, governance, and best practices
• Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders, product teams, and solution architects
• Drive performance, scalability, security, and reliability across systems
• Evaluate and integrate modern development approaches, including AI-assisted coding and automation

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in .NET Core and Angular within enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in microservices architecture, distributed systems, and RESTful APIs
• Proven experience with complex data architectures (SQL/NoSQL)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure
• Deep understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) and enterprise AI adoption strategies
  
• Familiarity with coding agents and AI-assisted development workflows
• Practical knowledge of prompt engineering for enterprise use cases
