QA Manager (Quality Assurance) - Royal Fans

Our client Royal Fans is looking for Quality Assurance Manager in Gujrat.

We're looking for a results-driven QA Manager to lead quality excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you're passionate about process improvement, compliance, and building strong quality systems, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and maintain QMS in line with ISO 9001 standards
  
• Manage internal & external audits and ensure timely closure
  
• Drive process standardization & continuous improvement initiatives
  
• Ensure quality at source across manufacturing processes
  
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA
  
• Track quality KPIs, analyze trends & take preventive actions
  
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering & Supply Chain teams
  
• Support new product/process launches with quality planning
  
• Build and lead a high-performing QA team & culture

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  
• ISO Certification (Lead Auditor/Implementer) – Mandatory
  
• 5–8 years of QA experience in the manufacturing industry
  
• Experience with companies like PEL, Haier, Super Asia, Kenwood (or similar) is a plus

Skills That Matter:

• Strong grip on QMS & ISO standards
  
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, RCA, CAPA
  
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving & leadership skills
  
• Effective communication & reporting abilities
