Medical Billing Specialist - Orange Tree Systems

Orange Tree Systems is hiring an experienced Medical Billing Specialist to support our US healthcare operations. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in end-to-end medical billing, including claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and insurance follow-ups, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursements.

Medical billing plays a key role in processing and managing claim submissions and following up on unpaid claims to ensure providers receive timely payment

Location: Quaid E Azam industrial estate, 28 M road, Alliant collage

Timings : 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM

Urgent Hiring 

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in US Medical Billing (required)
  
• Strong knowledge of claims submission and insurance follow-ups
  
• Experience handling denials, rejections, resubmissions, and appeals
  
• Familiarity with EOB/ERA and payment posting
  
• Good understanding of medical billing concepts including RCM workflow
  
• Excellent communication skills for payer interaction
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

Preferred Skills (Plus Points)

• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS (basic understanding required)
  
• Experience in AR calling/follow-up and aging reports
  
• Prior experience working with US healthcare billing systems / EHR platforms
  
• Ability to identify trends in denials and reduce rejection rate
