Key Responsibilities:
- Handle banks , Corporate, Distributor and Retailer support.
- Handle dispute resolution with the customer and liaison with internal teams, PSO/PSP/Banks, ensure legal compliance.
- Respond to Support request of all Levels.
- Own and drive Severity 1/2 Incidents.
- Determine solution adoption and uptake of transactions.
- Conduct Operational Review meetings with Corporate Customers
- Maintain incidents reports and share with line manager on weekly basis
- Strong understanding of digital payments, settlements, and transaction flows.
- Ability to handle failed transactions, reconciliation issues, and operational queries.
- Comfortable working with CRM/ticketing tools
- Good communication skills (written & verbal) for emails, calls, and WhatsApp coordination.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tickets simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and documentation skills.
