Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
  
• Support candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking
  
• Schedule interviews and assist hiring managers during the recruitment process
  
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment pipelines
  
• Assist in onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
  
• Support HR operations, including attendance, payroll documentation, and employee records
  
• Help organize employee engagement initiatives and HR events
  
• Perform general administrative HR tasks as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or students in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
  
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
