Job Summary

Were looking for a talented and versatile Full Stack Engineer to join our team. Youll work closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to build scalable, reliable web applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across frontend and backend, leverages modern AI-assisted tools, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain React (frontend) and Node.js (backend) applications.
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
  • Work with databases (SQL and NoSQL) – design schemas, write optimized queries, and manage data integrations.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Cursor, Replit, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate coding and improve quality.
  • Deploy and manage infrastructure on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, etc.)
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and improve development workflows.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer or Software Engineer.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with expertise in React for frontend development and Node.js for backend development.
  • Hands-on experience with databases:
    • Relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
    • NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Firestore, DynamoDB)

  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
  • Comfort with AI-powered development tools to speed up coding, debugging, and testing.
  • Understanding of authentication, security best practices, and API integrations.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Previous experience building SaaS products or MVPs.
