Associate Product Manager - XEN technology's

Our client XEN technology's is looking for Associate Product Manager in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers to develop product strategies and roadmaps.
• Assist in gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify user needs and competitive landscape.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product features and releases.
• Assist in the creation of product specifications and detailed requirements.
• Monitor product performance and analyze data to track success and areas for improvement.
• Participate in the product development process from concept to launch.
• Support the management of product backlog and assist in organizing agile sprints.
• Engage with stakeholders and customers to gather feedback and insights.
• Assist in the creation of training materials and documentation for new product features.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• No prior work experience required; internships or academic projects related to product development would be a plus.
• Familiarity with product management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies is preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.
• Demonstrated ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
