[b]Requirements:[/b] - Proven experience as a Product Designer with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role. - Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. - Experience in leading design teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to diverse stakeholders. - Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically. - Experience working in an in-person work setting, fostering team dynamics and collaboration.
