Fulcrum is Hiring! – Customer Service Representative (Local & International Shipping) 

Location: Ellander road, Railway Quarters, City Railway Colony, Karachi

Job-type: Onsite

Shift: Morning 

Timings : 9 to 5

Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information on freight forwarding services
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment delivery
• Keep customers informed about shipment status and delivery schedule changes
• Maintain accurate customer records and regularly update the CRM system
• Liaise with international agents to ensure service consistency

Requirements

• Minimum education: Graduate
• Prior experience in customer service within Shipping / Freight Forwarding (Preferred)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively
