Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Generate leads through research, outreach, and networking.
- Manage client communication, meetings, and follow-ups to drive conversions.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and business documentation.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate sales data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business deals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of sales cycles and client acquisition.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
