About the job Full-Stack Developer ( AI-Augmented Enterprise Platforms) - Digital Era Management Inc
Our client Digital Era Management is looking for Full Stack Developer with MBA.
About the Role
We're looking for a full-stack developer with an MBA who builds fast using agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot). You'll bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution — working directly with leadership to ship AI-powered platforms for a large enterprise undergoing rapid AI transformation.
What You'll Work On
- Iris Platform — An AI-enabled governance gateway with a multi-agent pipeline for IT planning, demand management, resource allocation, and project tracking. Taking it from prototype to production.
- AI in Action — A global employee-facing platform for tracking and categorizing AI adoption across the organization.
- Operational AI tools — Automated email triage, Azure spend optimization dashboards, IT workflow automation, SAP audit reporting.
- Stakeholder communication — Translating technical progress into executive-ready updates, proposals, and roadmaps.
You Should Have
- MBA — you understand business cases, ROI, governance, and how to communicate with C-suite
- Full-stack development skills — React/Next.js + Node/Python, comfortable across the entire stack
- Agentic coding experience — Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI tools as a core part of your dev workflow, not just autocomplete
- Generalist mindset — you can context-switch between building a UI, writing an API, configuring a deployment pipeline, and drafting a proposal
- Experience with Azure and/or GCP
- Ability to move fast without sacrificing security or quality
Nice to Have
- Experience with multi-agent AI architectures
- Familiarity with Cosmos DB, Vertex AI, GitHub CodeSpaces
- Enterprise environment experience (compliance, governance, scalability)
- Background in consulting or client-facing technical roles
What Makes This Role Different
This isn't a heads-down coding role. You'll sit at the intersection of technology and business — understanding what leadership needs, then building it. The client moves at "light speed" and values people who can own problems end-to-end: scope it, build it, ship it, present it.
