Job Overview
We are seeking a competent and proactive HR Manager who will also oversee administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations along with ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
· Manage full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
· Handle employee onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives
· Maintain employee records and HR documentation
· Oversee performance management processes
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
· Manage payroll coordination and benefits administration

Administration:
· Oversee office administration and facility management
· Manage vendor relations and office supplies
· Ensure smooth daily office operations
· Maintain a safe and efficient work environment

Requirements
· Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in HR and at least one year in HR & Administration
· Prior experience in a software house is highly preferred
· Professional English communication skills (spoken & written) are mandatory
· Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
· Candidates residing in Wapda Town or nearby areas will be preferred

Compensation & Benefits
· Gross Salary: PKR 150,000 – 200,000
· Provident Fund
· Daily Lunch
