Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our client's team on a long-term basis. In this role, you will manage social media presence across multiple brands, working closely with junior graphic designers to bring your content ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a monthly social media content strategy for multiple brands/accounts simultaneously
- Create engaging content ideas, captions, reels, and campaigns tailored to each brand's voice
- Guide and coordinate with junior graphic designers to produce visuals that align with campaign objectives
- Schedule and publish content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Manage messages, comments, and reply to emails professionally and promptly
- Run and optimize social media advertising campaigns to drive engagement and growth
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights
- Research trends, monitor competitors, and identify growth opportunities
- Adapt to evolving responsibilities based on project requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience managing business social media accounts
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong communication skills
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and social media strategy
- Creative mindset with up-to-date knowledge of social media trends
- Ability to generate original content ideas without over-relying on AI tools
- Willingness to work full-time with occasional availability outside standard hours for client meetings
