We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations, handle phone calls, greet visitors, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.
Responsibilities
[ml][ul][li indent=0 align=left]Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a polite and professional manner.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Handle inquiries in person and via phone/email, providing accurate information.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Maintain visitor records and update contact lists.[/li][/ul][/ml]Qualifications & Skills
[ml][ul][li indent=0 align=left]Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or Intermediate with strong communication skills.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front-desk role. (Fresh candidates with good interpersonal skills may be considered.)[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented demeanor.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.[/li][/ul][/ml]Other Benefits:
