JOB DETAILS

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and language proficiency levels.
- Conduct both in-person and online language training sessions for individuals and groups, focusing on improving speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help learners achieve their language learning goals.
- Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
- Facilitate a positive and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Stay updated with current language teaching practices and resources.
- Prepare and evaluate assessments to measure student progress effectively.
- Collaborate with other trainers and academic staff to enhance instructional programs.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an English Language Trainer, preferably 1-2 years.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with instructional strategies for teaching language skills.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons.
- Proficiency in using technology for online training sessions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is preferred.
- Experience working in a hybrid teaching environment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with language proficiency assessments and tools.

Working Conditions:
- This is a contractual position with a hybrid work setting, combining online and in-person teaching methods.
