Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Location: DHA Phase 5, Lahore
Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Job Description:
Alphabridge is looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant with 4+ years of hands-on experience in customising, developing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in the Power Platform, plug-in development, custom workflows, and CRM integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.).
- Develop custom plugins, custom workflow activities, and client-side scripting (JavaScript).
- Design and implement integrations using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and Web APIs.
- Create custom entities, fields, forms, business rules, and business process flows (BPFs).
- Handle data migration using KingswaySoft or other ETL tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing support and enhancements.
- Collaborate with team & Client to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
- Prepare technical documentation and user guides.
- Prepare estimations for clients
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement).
- Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture, SDK, and customization capabilities.
- Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, FetchXML, and Web API development.
- Experience in creating Plugins, Custom Workflows, and PCF Controls is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of Dataverse and security roles in D365.
Experience with Azure integrations (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions) is a plus. - Follow Microsoft development standards and best practices.
- Familiar with DevOps practices, version control (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git) & PCF Controls.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or similar.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
