Interior Draftsman - Work Together

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed interior design blueprints and technical drawings using CAD software.
• Collaborate with architects and interior designers to understand project scope and requirements.
• Create 2D and 3D models to visualize the layout of spaces, ensuring all building codes and safety requirements are met.
• Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements from project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure drawing accuracy and resolve any issues that may arise during the building phase.
• Prepare documentation packages and ensure all documents are organized and accessible.
• Conduct site visits to gather necessary measurements and assess existing conditions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Interior Draftsman with 3-5 years of experience.
• Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, building codes, and construction methods.
• Ability to visualize concepts in 2D and 3D.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, architects, and construction teams.
• Keen attention to detail and an analytical mindset.

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Drafting, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Certification in drafting or CAD software is a plus.
