We are currently looking for experienced Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) / On-
Job Support Professionals to provide contract-based project support for Business Analyst roles.

Engagement Type: Contract-Based (Part-Time / On-Demand)

This is NOT a full-time position
This opportunity is ideal for professionals who have extensive U.S. project experience and enjoy mentoring and supporting professionals in live project environments.

Ideal Candidate Profile
8+ years of hands-on experience working on U.S.-based projects
Strong domain expertise in Business Analysis
Prior experience providing real-time project or on-job support
Excellent communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable guiding professionals through live project challenges

Role: Business Analyst (Contract Support Role)
Key Responsibilities
Requirement gathering and analysis
Preparing BRD / FRD documentation
Stakeholder communication and management
UAT coordination and validation
Participation in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Process modeling and gap analysis

Technologies & Tools
Agile | Scrum | JIRA | Confluence | SQL | Advanced Excel | Tableau / Power BI | Visio
