Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Technical Analyst to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of IT systems, business processes, and data analysis. The Technical Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze system performance, and assist in the implementation of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  
• Analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide recommendations for improvements.
  
• Work with databases, APIs, and integration tools to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
  
• Document system processes, workflows, and technical requirements.
  
• Assist in software implementation, testing, and support activities.
  
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including developers, project managers, and business users.
  
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends relevant to the organizations tech stack.
  
• Support agile teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, and assisting in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
  
• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to ensure the backlog is well-defined and prioritized.
  
• Track sprint progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on sprint status.
  
• Promote continuous improvement through feedback loops and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• 3 years of experience in a technical/business analyst role.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data analysis.
  
• Familiarity with API integrations, cloud platforms, and system architecture.
  
• Basic understanding of programming languages (Python, Java, or similar) is a plus.
  
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, GItHUB, IntelliJ, Cursor, VSCode, DBeaver.).
  
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Cloud, Azure, Java, NodeJS, React, Springboot, RabbitMQ, Postgres DB].
  
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
  
• Knowledge of ML and AI technologies.
  
• Knowledge of containerization technologies.
  
• Experience with business intelligence tools.
