Our client Popular Group of Companies is looking for Admin Executive in Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise company-provided staff accommodation, ensuring cleanliness, security, maintenance, and compliance with policies.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, technicians, and contractors to resolve issues and conduct regular inspections.
- Handle accommodation allocation, maintain occupancy records, and address resident concerns promptly.
- Oversee procurement activities, including purchasing, preparing purchase orders, maintaining records, and monitoring stock levels.
- Supervise building maintenance and ensure timely repair and preventive maintenance of facilities.
- Identify and manage vendors, ensuring reliable service and cost-effective solutions.
- Take timely decisions, assess risks, and manage administrative and emergencies effectively.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Administration or Facility Management.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for tracking and reporting).
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
