[b]Responsibilities:[/b] - Lead and manage a team of product designers to deliver user-centered design solutions. - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product design strategies and goals. - Guide the design process from concept to launch, ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives and user needs. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design solutions. - Oversee the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools. - Ensure consistency and quality across all product designs and documentation. - Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies that could benefit the product design function. - Mentor and develop junior designers to foster a creative and productive work environment. [b]Requirements:[/b] - Proven experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise across various platforms. - Previous experience leading or managing a design team. - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate design concepts clearly and persuasively. - Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback. - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus. [b]Qualifications:[/b] - Bachelor’s degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. - 3-5 years of proven experience in a product design or a similar role. - Strong portfolio that showcases a range of design styles and project deliverables. - Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team of designers. [b]Preferred Attributes:[/b] - Experience in a full-time, on-site role in a fast-paced company environment. - Familiarity with front-end development concepts is advantageous. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. - High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
