Compensation: PKR 200,000 to 250,000

As part of our next phase of growth, we are expanding our operations in Pakistan and are seeking a highly organized and dependable Senior Administrative Assistant to the CEO to join our Lahore office.
Role Overview
The Senior Administrative Assistant to the CEO to ensure efficient management of day-to-day operations, client coordination, scheduling and reporting. This role requires a senior proactive individual with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment by taking and prioritizing their own decisions as to how something can be better executed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings across time zones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and clients, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
- Prepare and review weekly and monthly operational and financial reports.
- Assist in drafting proposals, presentations and report templates.
- Track key action items, deadlines and deliverables for ongoing projects.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of correspondence, reports and client documentation.
- Undertake client take on, onboarding and AML checks.
- Support the CEO with administrative and coordination tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with UK, UAE and local teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Females are strongly encouraged to apply.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Officer, or similar role.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Professional demeanor and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience working with an international or UK-based firm will be an advantage.
